From Ecuador we sourced one of our favourite varietals, Sidra, from the famed Hacienda La Papaya, located in the southern region of Loja sitting around 2100 m.a.s.l. This washed lot encompasses the juicy kiwi, pear, and honey notes we love about this unique to Ecuador varietal.

Sourced from the Loja region of Ecuador, Hacienda La Papaya #38 represents a meticulous approach to coffee production.
