From the roaster

This is our first year purchasing coffee from Porfiria Martinez and her son Javier. They do an excellent job managing the quality of their coffee and their efforts really show in the sweet, juicy flavors of the cup. We are proud to say the Martinez family received three times the local market price for this coffee. It's a fruit-forward coffee with notes of blueberry pie, raspberry and bing cherry. Sugar browning and a lush mouthfeel make this a very pleasant cup, perfect for every day.

We roast and ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All orders placed before 10AM ship that day.
