We are thrilled to offer this limited release of Geisha variety from one of our favorite producers, Gerardo Trejo. Originating in Ethiopia, the Geisha varietal is notoriously difficult to cultivate yet highly coveted for its distinctive character. This exceptional lot delivers notes of orange blossom and red grape with a vibrant, sparkling acidity reminiscent of floral white wine and Earl Grey tea.

Coffee Details

We are delighted to say this is our 6th year working with coffee producer Gerardo Trejo. Gerardo's picturesque family farm is situated in the volcanic Santa Barbara mountain range overlooking the breathtaking Lake Yojoa. The micro-climate formed by the large lake and steep volcanic peaks creates a prime climate for growing quality coffee. These pristine conditions, combined with Gerardo’s skill and sustainable farming practices, make for one stunning coffee that we are proud to offer again this year.
