Wild strawberry jam, buttery orange praline & turkish delight.

Dear to our hearts, Tiga Raja is our very own mill, tucked away in the lush hills of Simalungun, northern Sumatra. Tiga Raja — meaning "three kings" — symbolises the spirit of the three partners who brought this special place back to life. After a few years in hibernation, we're thrilled to release the first limited release lot from the newly reopened mill. This naturally processed coffee pushes the boundaries of Sumatran specialty, slow-dried over 21 days under the region's unique weather.

Five Senses

Context

This natural-processed coffee from Tiga Raja in Simalungun, Sumatra captures the distinctive sweetness characteristic of Indonesia's coffee regions. Natural processing allows the fruit to express itself fully, and Five Senses highlights wild strawberry jam, buttery orange praline, and turkish delight—a profile that balances jammy fruit forward notes with creamy, confectionary sweetness. The combination of these flavors suggests both the fruit-forward intensity typical of natural coffees and the rounded, low-acid character the Sumatran terroir is known for.
