Context

The Kenya Gititu, sourced from the Gititu Farmers Cooperative Society, represents the vibrant profile often associated with Kenya. As a region, this area is renowned for producing coffees that exhibit bright acidity and complex, layered sweetness. When evaluating such profiles, enthusiasts often consult the flavor wheel to identify the nuanced transitions between bright, acidic notes and deeper, sugary undertones.

This specific offering, roasted by Intelligentsia Coffee, highlights a distinct intersection of fruit-forward characteristics. The cup presents a profile defined by passionfruit and tropical fruits, balanced by the grounding sweetness of caramelized sugar and the subtle depth of stone fruits.
