ケニアではコーヒーにアルファベットで等級が与えられますが、このGuamaは最も等級の高いAA規格です。

一般的にAAのコーヒーは力強くボディがしっかりした味わいを持つものが多いですが、このコーヒーは比較的軽快な印象。クランベリーやタマリンドなどのフレッシュな果実味が感じられるとともにハイビスカスのような風味が心地よく鼻腔を抜けていきます。余韻には黒糖のような甘さを感じ、味わいのバランスを整えています。

ケニアらしい鮮やかで活き活きとした酸味を持ちながら、バランスの取れた味わいに仕上がっています。
