去年よりも果実味がより鮮やかにはっきりと感じられ、色の濃いオレンジやチェリー、キウィなどの味わいがジワジワと広がります。味わいが力強く、どことなくケニアのような印象も。

黒糖のようなこっくりとした甘さが果実味を支え、味わいがしっかりしつつも酸味と甘さのバランスが綺麗に整っている部分にコロンビアらしさを感じます。

これからの暑い季節でもホットで飲みたくなるような、力強く、潔い面持ちのコーヒーです🍒

Didimo Guzman's fully washed Colombia from the high-altitude Alpes microrégion of Gaitania, Tolima presents a bright, fruit-forward profile characteristic of washed coffees from this origin. Fuglen Coffee identifies navel orange, dark cherry, and kiwi as the lot's defining aromatics, anchored by subtle brown sugar sweetness—a combination suggesting both citric and stone-fruit complexity. The 1760–1950 meter elevation supports the kind of balanced acidity and clarity typical of Colombian highlands. This fully washed preparation removes fruit flesh before fermentation, allowing the varietal's inherent character to emerge cleanly.
