ホンジュラス・サンタバルバラ州を代表するコーヒー生産者、ベンハミン・パスからパカス種をご用意します。

一緒にリリースしているSL28種とも共通している点として、彼のコーヒーはとても透明度が高く、1つ1つのフレーバーが鮮明に感じられます。

Pacas種はネクタリンやオレンジのようなキュッと絞まった果実味を持ちつつ、余韻にはアーモンドや砂糖等を混ぜて作られるマジパンのような甘さが優しく広がります。

明るいトーンで味わいがジワジワと心地よく広がる優しいコーヒーに仕上がっています。
