このコーヒーはブラジルらしいナッツのようなしっとりとした優しい甘さをベースに、トロピカルフルーツやレーズンなどの柔らかい果実味が穏やかに広がります。酸味はとても優しく、落ちつく味わいのコーヒーです。

ナチュラル精製特有の発酵感は無く、とても澄んだ味わいです。

This natural-process coffee from Fuglen Coffee sources directly from producer Augusto Borges Ferreira in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil. The Arara varietal, processed using the natural method, develops layered sweetness typical of unwashed coffees—here expressed through tropical fruit and raisin notes alongside more delicate tea-like qualities. The roaster identifies rooibos tea and walnut as secondary characteristics, suggesting a coffee that balances fruit-forward aromatics with subtle earthiness. At 1,300 meters elevation in Sao Goncalo do Sapucai, the altitude supports the development of these complex flavor compounds.
