このドリップバッグは、袋に入る粉の量にこだわって作りました。 通常のドリップバッグ は12gが主流ですが、私たちは一回り大きいバッグに14gのコーヒー粉を入れました。マグカップでたっぷり抽出できるサイズです。

推奨湯量は200~230gです。 挽きたての風味をできるだけ長く保つため、窒素ガスを充填しています。 旅先や、身軽に美味しいコーヒーを楽しみたいときにぜひ、お試しください☕️

ニュークロップのエチオピア第二弾。今回はナチュラルプロセスのコーヒーをリリースします。

このコーヒーの特徴は、そのプロセスに由来する風味の強さと複雑さ。イチゴやアプリコット、ライチのような果実味がとてもはっきりと感じられるとともに、フローラル香や紅茶のような風味が仄かに漂う芳醇な味わいを持っています。

プロセス特有の発酵感は、風味を引き立てつつもクリーンな印象は損なわない、程よいバランスに仕上がっています。

今まで飲んできたナチュラルプロセスのコーヒーは、ボディや口当たりがリッチなコーヒーが多い印象でしたが、このコーヒーは口当たりは比較的柔らかく、華やかでフルーティな風味がより一層強く感じられます。
