From the roaster

Fabio Caballero Jr.'s geishas have excelled in Cup of Excellence judging for good reason (Las Virginias washed geisha took 4th place this year), and this coffee showcases his skill. Incredibly juicy upfront with a strawberry jam sweetness, the coffee's complexity reveals ultra clean acidity, a delicate lemon character, and nuanced florals. We were able to purchase a very small amount before the COE judging, so this coffee is very limited, with only 30 bags available which were roasted on 9/17.
