Context

Nueva Alianza from Prolog Coffee showcases Yellow Caturra grown in Colasay, Jaén at 1950–2000 meters elevation. Producer Yonal Fernández Silva's washed approach emphasizes the varietal's inherent sweetness, revealing orange-forward aromatics alongside black tea structure and jammy undertones. Yellow Caturra is known for producing balanced, clean-cup coffees, and this Peruvian expression delivers that clarity alongside fruit-driven character typical of high-altitude Andean cultivation.
