About: At this point, the Lamastus family legacy has become legendary. They have been growing coffee in the Boquete region of Panama for over 100 years and have won the Best of Panama competition multiple times with their Geisha, most recently placing first in the Natural Geisha category in the 2024 competition with a Geisha from Elida Estate.

Wilford Lamastus and his son, Wilford Jr., manage the family's three farms high up in the cloudy rainforest of the Boquete region, on the edge of Volcán Barú National Park. In fact, more than half of Elida Estate is within the boundaries of the park. Elida Estate was their first farm to be planted with Geisha back in 2005, and they have been producing some of the best Geisha in the world ever since.

In 2018 and 2019, Geisha from Elida won both the washed and natural categories in the Best of Panama competition, something never seen before.

This Geisha was grown on the Falda section of Elida, it was harvested on February 7th, 2025, and was processed using the traditional natural method to highlight the natural characteristics of the exceptional Geisha variety as well as the beautiful terroir of Elida Estate.

The Panama | Elida Estate - Falda represents a pinnacle of cultivation from the Lamastus family, harvested at 1800 masl in the Alto Quiel region of Boquete, Chiriqui. As a Geisha varietal, this coffee is celebrated globally for its distinct, tea-like clarity and complex floral aromatics. When processed via the natural method, these beans often develop a heavier body and intensified fruit-forward sweetness compared to washed counterparts.
