Context

Produced by Mario Fonseca Imendia in the Cordillera region of Chiriquí, Panama, this Mil Cumbres Natural Sidra 100g lot represents a meticulous approach to specialty coffee. The Sidra varietal is increasingly recognized for its complex profile, often bridging the gap between traditional Bourbon-descendant characteristics and the vibrant acidity found in more exotic cultivars. Grown at 1800 masl, this coffee undergoes a natural process, a method that typically allows the fruit sugars of the coffee cherry to influence the bean during drying, often resulting in a heavier body and intensified sweetness.
