From the roaster

A classic yirgacheffe profile minus some of the earl grey overpowering tea elements. Those are obviously hallmarks so saying it's classic seems odd but a sip will reveal it's a pretty complex coffee with a little bit of everything sprinkled in. There's the floral tones which I get a bit more of a coffee cherry floral tone and 99.999 of people wont know that smell so I'm flexing a little here. The tannin's I pick up are in my head more like a black tea and yes earl grey is black tea but it's prepared differently than just "black tea" so I'm landing on there's just something different there.
