The roastery focuses on sourcing, roasting, and supplying unique coffees from smallholder farms across the globe, combining technical expertise with a passion for quality. Co-owner Matthew Wade brings over 18 years of coffee roasting experience and a background in Fine Art, having worked as a barista in New Zealand before developing his roasting career. Beyond coffee, Hundred House maintains a notable engagement with arts and culture through its Art & Industry programme, offering risograph prints, screen prints, and vinyl records alongside its coffee products. The roastery supplies both home brewers and wholesale clients, providing a range of single origins, blends, and more unusual offerings categorised as 'Freak & Unique,' as well as brew equipment and guides. An independent coffee guide and subscription service are also available.
