Coffee Details

Bourbon is a varietal of coffee named after a beautiful island located in the Indian Ocean, now called Reunion Island, where it was originally grown by French colonists. Bourbon, which comes in several variations: red, yellow and pink, tends to ripen earlier than other cultivars, and has a balanced flavor profile with moderate acidity. We recommended Retana Yellow Bourbon for any and all brew methods, as well as espresso.
