Sourced from the Santa Barbara region of Honduras, this lot is produced by Jose Perez and roasted by Case Coffee Roasters. Grown at an elevation of 1550 masl, the coffee presents a profile defined by distinct nuttiness, apple pie, and dried fruit characteristics.

When evaluating such profiles, it is helpful to reference the flavor wheel to better categorize the interplay between baked-good sweetness and orchard fruit acidity. Coffees from Santa Barbara are often recognized for their complexity, and this specific offering highlights the meticulous work of producer Jose Perez.
