Natural Tabi

Santander, Colombia

La Pradera Hacienda Cafetera is a four-generation family operation with a long view on what good coffee requires.

Located near the Chicamocha Canyon in Santander, the farm benefits from the canyon's warm daytime air and cool overnight breezes. The family deliberately cultivated a diverse shade canopy of timber and fruit trees, reflecting a multi-generational commitment to sustainable production. Today, Oscar Daza leads the operation alongside eight neighboring farms, sharing infrastructure for QC, milling, and drying.

The Tabi variety is a hybrid of Bourbon, Typica, and Timor, bred to carry the cup quality of the first two while gaining disease resistance from the third. Naturally processed, it delivers the brightness and complexity those genetics promise.
