Starting in 1998, Dominga Perez Juan transformed her land into a successful coffee-growing plot. She is a founding member of Jovemcafe, a two-prong project that created a hen house to sell eggs and a tree nursery for additional income. Her coffee is depulped by Dominga herself. The cup radiates rose, peach, and hints of plum.
