Context

The Aquiares Estate, located in the Turrialba region of Costa Rica, represents a unique model of production managed by the Aquiares Coffee Community. This specific lot features the F1 Esperanza varietal, which has been prepared using the natural process. Natural-processed coffees are often recognized for their ability to highlight intense fruit characteristics and a heavier body, as the coffee cherry remains intact while drying.

Roasted by Giraffe Coffee, this selection showcases a profile defined by full, fresh-sweet fruit flavors and a juicy mouthfeel, culminating in a candy-like finish. When evaluating these complex attributes, enthusiasts often refer to the flavor wheel to better identify the nuanced layers present in the cup.
