Coffee overview

A high-intensity Bourbon Aji compliments the Pink Bourbon lot with similarly juicy and intense notes, but the volume is turned up. Additionally, there is more tactile mouthfeel to be found in this cup, and it rushes into the finish unlike the Pink Bourbon. Where the Pink Bourbon complexity is expressed with subtlety in its acidity and florality, this one screams complexity though its sweetness. This is the first Bourbon Aji variety released from H&S, and it is a doozy.
