Our very limited series, Freak & Unique continues with two infusions from Colombia. This coffee bundle is available with or without unframed risograph prints by Emma Gallacher (numbered edition of 10 for each design).

FARM : Jardines del Edén REGION:Pijao, Quindío ALTITUDE: 1850 MASL VARIETAL: Castillo PROCESS: Honey, Strawberry Infused Fermentation

 

These exceptional lots have been produced using a combination of anaerobic fermentation and honey processing. The coffee cherries are placed in fermentation tanks where CO2, wine yeast and fresh orange or strawberry are added. After 72 hours, the cherries are then de-pulped without washing and put on drying beds until they reach the ideal humidity level.

The Freak & Unique VI + VII Bundle from Hundred House Coffee represents a curated exploration of Colombian coffee production. By grouping these two distinct releases, the roaster invites a comparative look at the diversity found within Colombia, a country renowned for its varied microclimates and sophisticated processing techniques.
