Washed · Geisha

We are stoked to welcome Christian Silva from Gigante, Huila.

His farm, Finca Tamax grows a number of varietals. Caturra, Bourbon and the famed Geisha to name a few. Christian and his family use traditional washing methods to produce coffee that is super clean, sparkly and pretty damn special.

Expect raspberry, guava and sherbet. Bright, fruity and zingy.

Feels alive as filter, hits hard and juicy as espresso.

Grown in Colombia's southern highlands, this lot presents a bright profile of raspberry, guava, and sherbet—flavors typical of the region's coffees when processed with precision. Geisha is prized across specialty coffee for its delicate floral and tea-like qualities, and the washed process amplifies these cleaner, more nuanced expressions.
