Little Wolf Coffee began roasting in 2016 in Ipswich, MA, just north of Boston, founded by Chris and Melissa out of a shared love of coffee and community. The roastery is named after their Siberian Husky, River. Chris and Melissa developed their passion for specialty coffee while living in Seattle, and Chris spent several years home-roasting before transitioning to a commercial operation. The roastery sources a small, intentional selection of green coffees with a range of flavor profiles, roasting them light to medium with full development to showcase each coffee's inherent qualities rather than masking them through roast manipulation. In addition to direct-to-consumer online orders and a café location, Little Wolf Coffee serves wholesale accounts across the country. The roastery also offers an Exclusive Subscription featuring small, often experimental lots sourced from new producers and importers. Community, approachability, and openness are central to the brand's identity, welcoming both seasoned and new coffee enthusiasts alike.
