Coffee Details

This lovely coffee comes from the Huehuetenango growing region of northern Guatemala, located near the border of Chiapas, Mexico. Las Palomas is an intentional blend of several very small farms that have come together to create a small micro-lot. We especially love the complexity that comes from blending several neighboring farms together. For example, one farm might have a slightly higher elevation, more shade or different soil, all contributing something unique to this coffee and fetching a higher price for all involved.
