The factory also receives regular field visits from agricultural ministers and agrocompanies, which run training programs to support better farming practices and quality.

Through the cooperative, members receive prefinancing to cover school fees, production costs, and emergency needs, helping smallholders manage cashflow pressure while focusing on harvesting and processing quality coffee.
