Sugar Heist is a Costa Rican coffee from Tarrazu, one of the country's most established and celebrated growing regions. Sourced directly from producer Carlos Castro Solano, this lot is roasted by Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters, who emphasize its chocolate and almond character alongside fruited notes. The combination of these elements—rich roasted flavors paired with brighter fruit expression—reflects the complexity often found in carefully sourced and processed coffees from this region.
