The Supernova Pods from PPP Coffee highlight the distinct character of the Guji region in Ethiopia. Produced by Suke Quto, this lot features the Kurume varietal, which is often celebrated for its delicate profile. Grown at elevations between 1850 and 2200 masl, the cherries undergo a fully-washed method, a technique typically employed to emphasize a clean, bright acidity and refined clarity in the cup.
