2025 Estela Pitti; Los Cenizos - Panama

This is our second year buying coffee from Estela, and this honey-processed lot was made exclusively for us. Los Cenizos, located beyond Volcán, produces some of the highest-elevation Gesha in Panama. In the cup we find a very floral profile of jasmine, neroli, nectarine, and lemon.

Produced by Estela Pitti, this lot features the Gesha varietal, which is widely celebrated in the specialty industry for its distinct floral aromatics and tea-like clarity.
