Kenyan coffees are frequently celebrated for their vibrant acidity and complex profiles, often characterized by bright, berry-forward qualities and floral aromatics. When evaluating such profiles, enthusiasts often reference the flavor wheel to better identify the nuanced interplay between the hibiscus, blackcurrant, and rosehips noted by the roaster.
