2026 William Ortiz; La Cabaña, 2nd Harvest - Colombia

This is the second harvest pass of William Ortiz’s Chiroso. His first harvest this year was quite literally one of the highest-scoring coffees we tasted from Colombia, and we are excited to share this new release. In the cup we find a softer yet complex tropical profile with melon and lime.

Sey Coffee returns to William Ortiz's La Cabaña farm for a second harvest of Chiroso, a varietal closely related to Ethiopian Gesha lineage that has found a notable home in Colombia. Chiroso is generally celebrated for its elongated bean shape and a cup profile that tends toward bright, aromatic clarity — think delicate florals and crisp acidity — making it a sought-after varietal among specialty roasters.
