Coffee Details

We have purchased from the Gora Kone washing station year after year, and it remains one of our absolute favorite coffees. It's intesnse fruit and floral notes represent the best qualities of the famed Sidamo region. Around 700 small farms contribute to the Gora Kone washing station. Most producers have farms around 3 hectares, growing their coffee in the shade of wanza and acacia trees. The ripe cherries are meticulously handpicked, delivered to Gora Kone, fermented underwater for 42-46 hours, then washed in the fresh water from the Gerenbicho river.   Brew Recipes
