Pretty Good Coffee is a washed Ethiopian from Black & White Coffee Roasters, sourced from the Sidamo region. Grown at 1600–2000 meters altitude, this lot expresses the producer's sense of balance: roasted to highlight caramel sweetness alongside black cherry and milk chocolate notes. Washed processing typically emphasizes clarity and acidity, and this coffee appears crafted to showcase those refined characteristics while maintaining accessible body and structure. It represents a straightforward, approachable entry point to Ethiopian coffees—clean, fruit-forward, and approachable without pretense.
