From the roaster

Perfect for a crisp fall morning, the cup is filled with comforting notes of apple spice, vanilla and blueberry cobbler. This tiny, exclusive mirco-lot hails from legendary Honduran coffee producer, Arturo Paz.

Coffee Details

We only have around 100 pounds of this very exclusive, single-farm lot from Arturo Paz. Mr. Paz is a 3rd generation producer in the Santa Barbara growing region of Honduras. Arturo's grandfather was actually one of the first producers to grow coffee in the area. Arturo has had a great impact on promoting specialty coffee in the area, and is the chief agronomist of Beneficio San Vicente, the mill that processes and exports specialty coffee from the region. He provides feedback and support to producers across Santa Barbara, elevating the quality region-wide. Thanks to the Paz family, and Beneficio San Vicente, the amazing, high-quality coffees from this region are receiving the fame they deserve.
