Desde la región de São José do Rio Pardo, en Brasil, llega Rio Pardo, un café colectivo que reúne el esfuerzo de 40 pequeños productores para mostrar lo mejor de los sabores tradicionales brasileños: dulzor intenso, baja acidez y un perfil achocolatado que lo convierte en un espresso clásico e irresistible.
Cultivado entre los 900 y 1.000 msnm y procesado de forma natural, este lote presenta una taza equilibrada con notas a chocolate con leche, almendra tostada y azúcar moreno, acidez baja y cuerpo medio. Con una puntuación de 82, su perfil espresso resalta suavidad y redondez, perfecto para acompañar con leche o disfrutar solo.
