From the roaster

This fully-washed, heirloom varietal coffee is grown in the Kochere district of the famous Yirgacheffe region of southern Ethiopia. Yirgacheffe is widely considered the birthplace of coffee and Kochere is one of our favorite sub-regions, consistently producing intensely sweet, fragrant coffees. Around 600 smallholder farmers deliver their coffee to the Debo washing station managed by Merdia Assefa. Look for lush, clean notes of blueberry, mango and vanilla in this cup. Milk chocolate and floral notes also make an appearance. It's a unique and beautifully refined coffee with a nice round acidity and medium body.

We roast and ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. All orders placed before 10AM ship that day.
