Our Director of Coffee discovered this extraordinary Wush Wush at the SCA convention in Houston, sourced through Keffa importers. So exceptional, we brought it back for a second consecutive year. This natural-process Ethiopian coffee bursts with vibrant fruity and floral notes. The consensus on the cupping table is that this coffee tastes just like watermelon hubba bubba bubblegum!

Sourced from the Chito region of Gedeo, this Ethiopia Wush Wush Natural is a compelling example of the Wush Wush varietal. Cultivated by producer Mesfin Girma at elevations between 1800 and 2150 masl, the coffee is brought to market by Dogwood Coffee. Because this lot undergoes a natural process, the fruit remains in contact with the seed during drying, which often contributes to the intense, candy-like sweetness and distinct profile described by the roaster as watermelon bubblegum.
