このドリップバッグは、袋に入る粉の量にこだわって作りました。

通常のドリップバッグ は12gが主流ですが、私たちは一回り大きいバッグに14gのコーヒー粉を入れました。マグカップでたっぷり抽出できるサイズです。

推奨湯量は200~230gです。

挽きたての風味をできるだけ長く保つため、窒素ガスを充填しています。

先にリリースしていたYonal, Merciと同じFernandez一家からMareylaのコーヒーをリリースします。

Mareylaのコーヒーは綺麗な酸味が特徴です。杏やブドウのような他のコーヒーとはまた違った果実味の構成と仄かに広がる赤ワインの芳香感が合わさり、独特のニュアンスを生み出しています。

少し気品のある印象がとてもユニークで面白いコーヒーです。
