このドリップバッグは、袋に入る粉の量にこだわって作りました。

通常のドリップバッグ は12gが主流ですが、私たちは一回り大きいバッグに14gのコーヒー粉を入れました。マグカップでたっぷり抽出できるサイズです。

推奨湯量は200~230gです。

挽きたての風味をできるだけ長く保つため、窒素ガスを充填しています。

Produced by the Thiririka Farmers Cooperative Society in the Gatundu region of Kiambu, this Kenya · Kiambu > Gatundu offering showcases the distinct profile of the SL28 varietal. Cultivated at 1600-1800 masl, the cherries undergo a washed process, a method often utilized in the region to highlight the inherent acidity and clean, vibrant clarity for which Kenyan coffees are globally celebrated.

Roasted by Fuglen Coffee, this lot presents a complex sensory experience characterized by notes of raspberry, blood orange, rhubarb, and hibiscus.
