Context

Sourced from the Guji region of Ethiopia, this Ethiopia Suke Espresso is produced by Tesfaye Bekele and roasted by Linea Caffe. Coffees from this renowned origin are frequently celebrated for their complex, vibrant profiles that often bridge the gap between delicate floral aromatics and intense fruit sweetness. When evaluating such distinct flavor profiles, referencing a flavor wheel can be a helpful tool for identifying the nuanced layers of peach jam, vanilla, papaya, sweet lime, and honey present in this specific lot.

While Ethiopian coffees are traditionally processed in a variety of ways, the resulting cup character is consistently shaped by the unique microclimates found throughout the Guji zone. This particular espresso offers a bright, fruit-forward experience that highlights the meticulous work of the producer. Whether enjoyed as a standalone shot or integrated into a milk-based beverage, the profile remains a testament to the high-quality standards maintained by the team at Linea Caffe.
